John Brookfield is a multiple world record holder and author. His books include Mastery of Hand Strength, The Grip Master’s Manual and Training With Cables For Strength. Despite the fact that John has just turned 50 years old, he has continued to improve setting new records that require strength, endurance and mental toughness.
