Great article-we really enjoy using the ropes in our outdoor boot camps-the possibilities are endless with circuit training. As for me, I have noticed a huge improvement in endurance and power with my Half Ironman training. I lawys tell people who are skeptical when they watch the videos-you have to try if for yourself. You get hooked pretty quickly and it will humble anyone who thinks traditional aerobic/strength training is the only way. We just finished a comprehensive Kettlebell, Boxing, and Rope Training Boot Camp-everybody improved their fitness from the 25 year olds, to the 75 year old (not kidding!) grandmother who wanted a boost to her fitness without impact.
