Kettlebells and ropes can be used in countless situations and routines-in our boxing boot camps, we teach everyone the basics separately with the ropes and KB's, then we put them together and combine them with our boxing/sparring drills. No more boring steady state cardio or isolation machines-our gym is the outdoors-beaches, parks, trails-the ropes and the KB's, along with our boxing gear is very portable and adaptable. Everyone has fun and improves in a short period of time.

I just recieved my battling ropes certification under John. First thing i want to say is johns program excels over any thing out there. Hands on with John was amazing, the effort he puts into his work is awsome. I teach fitness to juveniles in a detention center and a lock down treatment center for youth. The kids love it, plus it wears them out. The hand and eye coordination that comes with it. This program engages, your heart rate goes from resting to max with in seconds. I am 46 multipal surgeries, my concern was being sore the next day and my joints aching. Guess what? no joint pain, no sorness, and no icing. Insane cardio. My son plays college football, well i humbled him in less than a minute. This is the next big thing in training. If your into full body tranformation, then jump on this. I am an ex-bodybuilder, so i am taking Johns rope training to another level. For the next 12 weeks i am dieting. I will do weight training and the only cardio will be ropes. Instead of 45 minutes of the other junk, it will be 20 minutes of ropes. I will do weekly photos of my transformation. So again thank you John.
